This statement may seem bold, but our product design allows many different sleep firmnesses and positions that no other mattress offers. For example... You like the bed but you would like your side a little more firm or more soft. Simply call 1-800-488-5709 and discuss your needs with your customer care representative. We will have a new pillow top or other desired component that requires change sent out immediately. Our patented 'Zip Top Design' makes replacing and/or upgrading many of the components that make up the mattress by simply unzipping the mattress edge, removing the unwanted component and replacing it with the desired component.

Namely, if the surface is either too firm or too soft, our design allows for a change in both or either persons sleep comfort. And on our Custom Comfort design allows 100's of totally different sleep surfaces.

As a client, you need to know that we are a service company, and our goal is to make your experience as enjoyable as possible, not just after your purchase, but for the entire time you own our sleep system.

Our unrivaled 25 year warranty ensures a high quality product at a reasonable price.

*If you are not happy with your purchase we will promptly reimburse the full purchase price less any set up cost. We ask that you try the bed for the full 90 day try-out period and work with your customer care representative to upgrade or replace any 'Comfort Component' (at no cost to you) before deciding you are not satisfied. If you decide at the end of the trial that you are dissatisfied, simply call us toll free at: 1-800-488-5709 for an 'RMA NUMBER'. Then return the mattress in like new condition packaged in it's original boxes and keep the Egyptian Comfort Set as our gift to you. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Sale documentation for more detail.
