What does customizable, changeable, and upgradeable mean, and how is it beneficial?

Customizable – In our Custom Comfort Collection you’ll have the ability to change the firmness with 100 different digital settings.  These beds come with two independent controls.  This insures that two people on the same bed will be able to customize their side of the bed to fit their individual needs on a day to day basis. 

Changeable -You can also change the surface firmness. You will have four topper surface options that can be easily changed.

Memory Foam- An orthopedic material that offers support and pressure alleviation.

Latex- Offers a balanced medium support that is super durable, organic, and   pressure alleviation.

Embrace- Offers firm support. Studies conclude that it is cooler than visco or memory foam against the body. Embrace is a mixture of memory foam and latex. 

Air Custom Comfort Layer- Uses Posture Chamber (tm) technology. Offers the most customizable support available with 100 different settings.

Our Custom Comfort collection utilizes any of the four sleep comfort surfaces. Our most popular sleep surface is memory foam topper.

Clients will find that having the ability to change the feel of a bed in four different ways makes it a risk free purchase.  In the unlikely case that you are not 100% satisfied, we will gladly change your surface firmness to fit your needs.  We can also provide split firmness; this means that one side of the bed can have a different surface firmness than the other side. One of the greatest benefits of owning a ZeroGravity bed is that as years go by and your body changes, you will not need to purchase a different bed, we will be able to help you by replacing your old surface topper with a different one to suit your new comfort needs.

 
Upgradeable – It is possible for you to upgrade your bed to an adjustable bed at any time. Our beds are designed to be compatible with an adjustable bed system that utilizes ZeroGravity positioning. You can elevate your legs to take the pressure off your lower back, elevate your head so that it may help take pressure off the spine, and you can alleviate such aliments as acid reflux.  An adjustable bed can also provide comfort through correct posturing while watching television, utilizing a laptop, or reading. To help you fall asleep, there is a massage feature that relaxes back and leg muscles. For the most luxurious sleep system, the adjustable system is the way to go. Most of our Celebrity clients have utilized this remarkable sleep advantage.


What is the difference between a ZeroGravity (tm) and all other traditional innerspring mattress beds?

There is a huge difference between a ZeroGravity (tm) and an innerspring mattress. ZeroGravity has an unsurpassed 25 year limited warranty anda 90 day tryout option. Most innersprings break from the inside out in a very short period; customers will be buying a new mattress because of sinking and a shorter period of support. Innerspring technology is a thing of the past. How is ZeroGravity different from a Tempur-Pedic (tm) or other memory foam beds?

Our beds are customizable, changeable, and upgradeable.

In ZeroGravity models you will find that we have an Air Flow Cooling System (tm) at the very top of our mattresses. Tempur-Pedic (tm) utilizes an airflow system inside the mattress, which is not beneficial. The number one problem according to magazines and blogs across the country is that, Tempur-Pedic (tm) mattresses are extremely hot against the body. Hot bed surfaces make it uncomfortable for most to sleep. Our NASA inspired memory foam was properly formulated and designed with an Air Flow Cooling System (tm) at the very top of the mattress. We utilize this technology to insure a restful nights sleep. Some select models have Coolmax(tm) covers, which are used in professional athletic apparel to help dissipate moisture. We have embrace memory foam in select models. Independent studies show and conclude that our embrace memory foam sleeps cooler then Tempur (tm) material made by Tempur-Pedic (tm). Thus we provide you with the most fulfilling restful sleep possible.

How is our bed different from a Select Comfort (tm) Sleep Number (tm) air bed?

Our beds are customizable, changeable, and upgradeable.

There is a huge difference between our bed and a Sleep Number bed. We use Custom Comfort (tm) Dual Air Posture Chamber Personalized Technology with Customizable Control System with 100 different digital Control settings. Sleep Number only utilizes 20 different settings in increments of 5. Our patented Custom Comfort control system extends to the edge of the mattress and is in the pillow top layer. Sleep Number (tm) can only put their air chamber at the base layer/ bottom of the mattress, and doesn't have edge of the mattress controls, due to our use of patented technology. Mainly we stand behind our product, with on most models a 10 year full warranty and extended 15 year limited warranty. In your first 10 years we will replace any item free of charge, whereas Sleep Number only offers a 2 year full 18 limited, which is one of the ways to measure the quality of product you are purchasing.

What does free shipping consist of?

Free shipping is the most economical way to have your bed shipped. On most models you will have to assemble your bed. Your bed will be shipped either through Fed Ex or UPS ground. Usual delivery times are 7-15 business days, sometimes less.

What does the in home set up consist of?

For $350, you can have our delivery crew assemble your mattress system and have your old mattress taken away.
